Error detail: The server certificate on the destination computer (agentname.contoso.net:1270) has the following errors:<\/p>\n<p>The SSL certificate could not be checked for revocation. The server used to check for revocation might be unreachable.<\/p>\n<p>The SSL certificate is signed by an unknown certificate authority.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible that:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The destination certificate is signed by another certificate authority not trusted by the management server.<\/li>\n<li>The destination has an invalid certificate, e.g., its common name (CN) does not match the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) used for the connection.\u00a0 The FQDN used for the connection is: agentname.contoso.net.<\/li>\n<li>The servers in the resource pool have not been configured to trust certificates signed by other servers in the pool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The server certificate on the destination computer (agentname.contoso.net:1270) has the following errors:<\/p>\n<p>The SSL certificate could not be checked for revocation. agent<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>ScxAdmin<\/h3>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"892\" height=\"645\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4415\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/kevinjustin.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/ScxAdmin.png\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Check UNIX Agent status<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">scxadmin -status<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Example Output<\/p>\n<p>$ scxadmin -status<\/p>\n<p>scxcimserver: is running<\/p>\n<p>scxcimprovagt: 2 instances running<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Set Unix agent to START verbose logging<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">scxadmin -log-set all verbose<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Restart Health Service &amp; tail scx log<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">scxadmin -restart<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">cd \/var\/opt\/microsoft\/scx\/log<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">tail -f scx.log<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">To correct a SCOM agent getting a SSL certificate error:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From the Docs site, the SCXsslConfig\u00a0&#8220;tool is useful in correcting issues in which the fully-qualified domain name cannot be determined from the UNIX or Linux host itself, or the FQDN known to the UNIX\/Linux host does not match the FQDN used by the management server to reach the host.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">As root:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">1.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span
